Run with ACT in 2024!

We have two opportunities for you to join ACT on the trails this year!

Colfax Marathon

ACT will be in Denver, Colorado this May for our 6th annual Colfax Marathon with our Run for Nana team. Emily Haller was inspired to run to celebrate her Nana Joan and fight against C. difficile, which took her Nana’s life too soon. Almost 500,000 individuals are infected with C. difficile each year in the United States. ACT’s partners at the University of Minnesota Microbiota Therapeutics Program have pioneered research and development of microbiota therapeutics to restore patient gut microbe communities. To date, over 2,000 patients have been treated with a 98% curative rate. Our partners at the University of Minnesota continue to advance research and medical care for these patients, including a new study investigating how to best support newly transplanted microbes through diet.

You can join our team to run the marathon, half marathon, Urban 10 Miler or 5K during Colfax Marathon weekend on May 18th and May 19th. To learn more about joining our team or support our incredible runners and C. difficile research, visit: www.achievingcures.com/2024colfaxmarathon.

Twin Cities Marathon

Twin Cities Marathon registration has opened and ACT is kicking off our 6th year as a Charity Partner. Our race team is currently recruiting runners to join us this fall on both our marathon and 10-mile teams. Due to its popularity, standard 10-mile registration is completed by a lottery system, however registering with ACT’s charity team guarantees your race entry. Save your spot on our team today as race entries are limited. Additional race details and registration information are available at: www.achievingcures.com/2024tcmarathon

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
